We hire a cleaning crew, they can do it for less than us. My time is billed @ $200.00 per hour if I can hire for less then they have the job.

I spent all day yesterday scrubbing, washing, and cleaning one of my rentals. How much work do you guys usually put into a house to get it ready for a new tenant?

The cleanup is taken out of the tenants security deposit. RARELY does the cleaning crew have much to do.
