Yes, land Contracts are legal… but, theere are some new hoops to jump through that will make you think twice before selling that way…

No problems changing policies… although there are changes hapening throughout the insurance industry in Texas… Insurance companies are reducing their risk and/or pulling out of Texas… I believe due to the Recent Black mold cases… (read that prices going up).

Investors that are doing subject to’s in texas
on 2=5 year old homes any problems with changing homowners insurance policy to a landlord policy???
