I Just bought my first MH Monday this week. Ran one of those WILL FINANCE ads, got 12 calls and sold it to the first one I showed it to on Tuesday. (It was for sale for a couple of months at 4999 then 3999), a 1968 Namco Piggy Back 3 bd 1/12 bath (a little old, the upstairs floor even needs replaced but it worked). Just waiting on Park Manager to approve the folks. Heres how it went.

Bought it for $2250, paid sales tax and one month lot rent and misc charges, I have a grand total of $2600 in it.

Sold for $6500, 600 down, will have a note for $5900, 12.75%, 36 months. I don’t have a financial calulator yet but I figure this is probably “good enough”. What does it figure out to be calculator wizards?
