Dear Alex,
I got the home course last year. I think it is one
of the best I’ve seen concerning “subject to”. They
tell it like it is. They give you lots of examples.
They tell you about marketing that works. They cover
their entity structuring as well.
The only thing about is they don’t go into much
detail about selling on Lease/Option which is their
preferred selling method. It is fundamentally about
BUYING.
