There is no way to guess at what condition a mobile home is going to be in. I’ve seen some 2000’s that were trashed out and some 80’s homes that were in great shape. Remember to look at the ceilings, under windows, around any water entrance points like toilets, tubs, washers, and sinks. Move any big peices of furniture like couches to look for holes underneath. Other than that the rest should be easy.

I just left a message for a seller regarding an ad for 1985, Commodore Olympian,14x70 in a rural area.The ad read “must sell” 3000.00 or bo. This looks to me like a text book set up for a Lonnie deal. Do any of you veterans have any guesses as to what condition a MH like this would be in? I hav’nt seen enough of them yet. Still waiting for books! I would appreciate any comments from some veterans.
