I have had a good relationship with a title office in town for 5 years and I have really never had to do any type of pre title searches, track down people for discharges, write Deeds, get pay off letters… She is gone now and the title offices are so buisy, I cant even get a pre title without paying for it.
Who and Where would you go first to start learning more about doing your own pre title searches.
Who would be the best person to help you at the register or where ever you need to go. How do you get that person to help you out.
If there is any books or courses on the subject, please post them also.
