You need to make sure you have properly protected your interest with the land contract to insure delivery of clear title should your tb’er exercise their option.
As far as whether your note holder having to approve of it, what does your contract say? Does it say you must occupy the property or anything about renting the property?
Im looking at a property to purchase under land contract and turn around and do a lease option with it. Is there any major problems with this and does my note holder have to approve of my tenant/buyer.
