What strategy is the most profitable and successful method for approaching the foreclosure market. What works, what doesn’t. When you get your list of “notice of defaults” or solds, what (if anything) do you look for? How do you proceed? How many ways can you think of to structure the deal?
Who has the best course on foreclosures?
