Tracking callers and when to call back - Posted by Klorm

You must take a long look at ACT! by Symantec. In addition to managing phone calls, it has integrated e-mail capabilities, fax management, internet linking and word processing. When I went to work at my last job, I walked into a nightmare of assessing, meeting with, and documenting class schedules for 72 students without supporting software. ACT! was the only program I could find that would save my sanity. Good luck.

Greetings real estate investors! I’m wondering how the sophisticated real estate investors manage calling plenty of people and returning phone calls promptly and to the correct person. I do not have an answering service yet so I’m working manually. What systems do people out there use? Do you memorize what person you need to call and when? How do you remember when? My system is quite ad hoc right now as I put messages down on paper that naturally get quite disorganized. Thanks in advance for your response.
