Hi,
I recommend David Whisnant’s course. It is 700 pages, 22 days of audio cassettes, very good information. Credit repair manual and Marketing sections as well that are very long and thourough. Do your research and decide which course is best for you. If you want something technique specific there are alot of courses on this site that seem good.
I also recommend the book “Buy it, fix it, sell it - PROFTIT” by Kevin Myers, if you are inteerested in doing rehabs. Also check your local library for any Creative RE Investing books. And last but not least I believe if you utilize this site and archives to the fullest you can understand the basics enough to at least do a simple deal.
Best Wishes to you and Happy Investing!
