Yeah i would like to do some sales for others and it also gives me access to a host of other tools for myself.

First of all i want to say that i really appreciate you guys and the website. It has really helped over the few years i’ve been coming here and is continuing to open my eyes. I’ve been fortunate enough to buy 3 rentals in the last 2 years. I know thats slow but im still learning. I try to avoid falling into the trap of seeing these other investors buying 5 houses in a month. I have been focusing on slow growth, buy and hold strategies. I am presently in re school for my license. Trying to transition from corporate to doing my own thing. I think i’ve had enough. Its a slow process but its coming along. Anyway im writing to get any feedback or advice on 1 transitioning out of corporate and 2 getting out here once i get my license.

Are you interested in doing sales for others?
You sound like you are off to a good start, just keep on doing what your doing.
