I’m talking about 3 trusts and 1 LLC being the benficiary.
The buyer takes the title at closing in the name of the trust. The owner of record is the trust.
That’s exactly what I’m struggling with right now. I’m getting a mortgage and the lender wants to loan to me, not the trust, so I would lose my anonymity. That’s something I was hoping could be answered on the board.
How do you transfer title from the seller to buyer to protect the anonimity of buyer?
How is the answer to question #2 impacted when the buyer is an individual (in order to get a personal mortgage) but subsequently transfers title to an LLC?
