- I’m talking about 3 trusts and 1 LLC being the benficiary.
- The buyer takes the title at closing in the name of the trust. The owner of record is the trust.
- That’s exactly what I’m struggling with right now. I’m getting a mortgage and the lender wants to loan to me, not the trust, so I would lose my anonymity. That’s something I was hoping could be answered on the board.
