In a Trust Deed, the Beneficiary holds the Promissory Note and Trust Deed. Bare Legal Title is held by the Trustee. So what document does the Trustee hold that says the Trustee holds bare legal title or where is there anything in writing that says the Trustee holds bare legal title.
