We’ve only rehabbed a couple of houses so far, but I’ve been reading on here about “trusts” and protecting yourself from capital gains. Wondering who can give me some input on these- what exactly they are, cost to form this, is it really worth it, etc. I just feel that the tax standpoint is one area I am totally ignorant in, and shouldn’t be! Please help if you can. thanks! -jen
