Trusts keep your name off the public records. They keep someone from going down to the courthouse and searching under your name to find all the properties you own (very useful if they are trying to make a law suit). Talk to a lawyer about setting one up. Be advised that many don’t understand the need for security however and will discurage you against it. There are also MAJOR advantages when you are trying to sell, but I am not comfortabel discussing those on this site. Do some research and I am sure you will find out what I mean.

Can someone explain to me the benefits of using a trust To purchase property?
and maybe give me a real world example of how to apply a trust in a real estate property.
