Learn your market. Fulfill a need. Most of FL is a crazy sellers market. Find someone that doesn’t know the value of their property. Buy and hold for the appreciation. Move to buyers market. That’s what I did. I make more money without the hassle. I don’t take advantage of anyones ignorance. I fill a need. I can sleep at night.
