I’m trying to get in touch with the owner of a non-performing property that currently does not live there. I found out where the owner lives but I can’t seem to find a proper contact number. Does anyone have a good source to looking up the most recent and active phone number record? Thank!

On thing to try is looking up the ownership of the mailing address. It
may be someone who lives there whom you can find a number for. It
may be a landlord. There are a few times when contacting the landlord
(letter or phone), asking them to let their tenant know that I am trying
to reach them has worked for me. You have to be careful with that
though so as not to alienate the property owner by what might be
presumed to be an invasion of privacy.
Another way is to skip the phone call and send an overnight mail that
needs to be signed for. Trouble with this is that it will sometimes be
refused as many people are very paranoid, especially if they have
unpaid debts and/or ex-spouses.

Call 411 in his area (xxx) 555-1212 or you can check whitepages.com and do a reverse address look up
