I did not purchase their course, but they spoke at my investment meeting on Feb. 28 and I went to a seminar on March 2, 2002 There info. was GREAT. There main “niche” is “discounting the mortgage”. And they will usually “flip” or wholesale the properties. At the meeting I could have picked up all 3 courses + 6 months of coaching for ONLY $495 (2 of the courses sell for $595 a piece, the other one $295) If they ever come near your area, I would suggest going to listen to them!!!
