Hi,

I am interested in becoming a note broker, but I would like to know what is a typical monthly income of a note broker? I know this depends on how successful you are. But can someone give me an idea what is the earning potential of a deal? Also, how does it compare to doing the creative real estate deals described on this website?

I have little, so probably i can’t invest in note in the beginning, so i will start as a note broker. But i would like to know if i need to earn some cash upfront fast, should i become a note broker, or i should just focus on doing creative real estate deals?
