A possible solution. Ask the dealers who finances
their sales. You may be able to buy or broker a pool
of MH paper from the banks or finance companies.
Try it you may be profitably surprised!

Over the last few weeks, I have been searching for ways to gear up my paper buying business.
What I have done and am currently doing is advertising in the local ad paper, called the Greensheet, with an ad that reads, “I Buy Paper on Used Mobile Homes.”
I have also been calling different MH dealerships but what I am finding is that a lot of the dealers don’t carry their own paper.
I guess my question to this group is whether anybody here has any success stories with a note business in Houston or Austin that they would be willing to share. Or if anybody has any additional tips about methods that I can use to find more paper?
