I am departing the military in approximately 8 months.
I have no debt, over $10,000 credit line with Mastercard,
a deed to 1/2 acre of land(purchased at $13,500, appraised at $9,000), over $15,000 in mutual funds. How can I best use these assets for wholesaling?
