The cool part about June 1st is unmowed lawns are now 2 feet high and those vacant properties are as obvious as the nose on your face.
Now’s your opportunity to attack that marketplace!

Hello Everyone!!!
I’ve come across many vacant homes recently that I’m sure could be a great source of potential deals. I’ve retained all the necessary tax payer information from my local city county building. What is the fastest most effective way other than a letter or phone call which they normally ignore anyway, to let these people know your interested in their property??? Thanks Everybody!!!
