Hi Jerry

I bought the CS course in '96. Unfortunately, I am a procrastinator like most people. I must have seen CS informercial 100 or more times. However…few days ago I decided to give the course another try. I am more determined than ever to succeed in real estate. I haven’t purchased a property yet! My credit is negative right now and I am cash poor. [I need a partner] It will take a little longer i guess…90 days or so. But i am committed until I win. Regardless…no one will take my dreams away. So…Jerry…Keep making offers!

Question: What are your greatest challenges thus far to applying CS techniques?

If you have studied either the Wade Cook Real Estate Money Machine or Carlton Sheets No Down Payment courses, and live in the Orlando, FL area I’d really enjoy hearing from you. I have studied both courses, but have had a difficult time getting either of them to work. I’m interested in hearing about other student’s experiences with these courses.
