They have little to do with informational problems
Having read hundreds of books on real estate invstment and related subjects. I have found that every guru has once in a lifetime and or far fetched strategies that will seldom work.
On the other hand they also have several ideas and or information that works, is accurate and should not be dismissed.
Aggressive personalaties like many gurus sometimes cross the line. If you filter their contributions to the creative debate with some common sense and ethics, you will find every guru has something to offer.
