Ed,
Hi I just read your comments about both CS & WC having glaring flaws in their books. I can see the flaw in CS (not having enough of a cash flow is one), but with WC’s Money Machine, the only flaw I noticed is that his technique of assuming FHA’s without qualifying is for the most part over with. I’m no fan at all of WC. In fact I usually avoid all of his stuff, but for some reason I did pick up & flip through the Money Machine & it did make sense, except for being able to find those assumable FHA’s. It kind of reminds me of Lonnie’s book a lil bit. Did I miss something else or is this what you’re referring to as the flaw?

I’m a newbie who is looking at REI. I was wondering if I should begin with Sheets course or the Wade Cook program. I’m a newbie so please be gentle.

You might want to go to your local library and get some of Wade Cooks books to read before you decide. Both have value, and both have glaring flaws, in my opinion…ED
