I just wanted to thank everyone on this board for all their help & input. This site has been a tremendous asset: took me from a “Carlton Sheets graduate” to a “Real Estate Entrep.”
Had a rough morning: car didn’t want to start, kept dying on my way to work…seemed like a bad day. But then my agent called and congradulated me on an accepted offer!!!
It’s a classic Legrand wholesale deal that got accepted within 1-1/2 weeks. It’s a little skinny, but a nice deal considering I’m a rookie!!
So for all the newbies like me out there…keep the faith and don’t quit…it really works!!!
