You’re right. Every time you talk to someone and they check your credit, it lowers your score. That’s why you have to make sure that if you’re going to give someone your credit information, you’d better make sure you plan to go through with the deal.

I agree with you Henry, I don’t like it either, but that’s the way they do it.

Ok so what about all the inquiries from getting the loans. For example I just refinanced my rental property wich made 2 the broker and the lender now i just took out a line of credit just incase i need it thats 1 more then i bought a hud property which will make 2 more broker and lender and id like to buy another right away I started with a 698 empirica and each one is knocking my score lower so wont this hurt me as far as how I will look to the lenders? What about those of you out there that are buying,selling and refinancing often thanx
