Sheets is a good course. I bought my first rental property 4 months out of college when I was 23 years old.
If I were you, I would go up to the top left of this webpage and click on “How To Articles” and then go to “News Group 1”. It will blow your mind how much information is available at those two places.

I have seen all the advertisment concering carleton sheets program and am extremly interested in the possabilites.
I am fresh out of college and have no real money or assets
to speak of.
What are the possability that Mr Sheets program will work for me.?
What are the risks?
Is this the program for me?
