Ask them!If they are rehabbers they have a criteria in mind that will let them turn a profit.If your deal fits then you have made money as well.

The following ads run constantly in the Homes Section of my local newspaper:

I BUY MORTGAGES, NOTES, Sales Agreements. 555-5555

I WILL BUY - Your house at the highest possible price. Call (Name) 555-5555, (Company Name) Realtors

LOC. CO. BUYS HOUSES - Cash, any condition or price range. 555-5555

(CITY) AREA CO. Buys houses & multi-units. CASH. Any condition, any area. 555-5555

WE BUY HOUSES - Top price, no fees. (Company Name) Co. 800-555-5555

Now, a question for all you “flippers” out there. What would you say when you call these ads to find out if these people are rehabbers to whom you could flip contracts/properties to or if they are themselves looking to do the flips?

I have been reading this newsgroup for some time now, and due to some recent posts have decided to “take the plunge”, but will post questions from time to time. Appreciate how you experienced people are willing to help the rest of us.
