I am a newbie to the note side of the cre business. I have experience in retail and flips but now am seriously looking at the note side to help move more properties with owner finance by creating the note and then selling all or part of it off. So here is the question I am sure everyone has asked a million times. What or how do I set up the note to make it attractive to a notebuyer. I know that alot depends on how much equity, buyers credit,etc. but as a general rule of thumb, what are you looking for? I am looking to create the notes and then sell all or part! THANKS!!!
