If you are just starting out, you can’t go wrong with any of William Bronchick’s materials. He has a “Flipping Properties” course that is relatively inexpensive and very well done.
We also use courses from Ron LeGrand and Joe Kaiser, which can be purchased here as well.
Get Bronchick’s Flipping course, do two or three quick $5k deals, and them come back and invest in other courses. With a little more education, you’ll be doing deals that net you $20K or more per deal.
