Hi Stephen, if you’re not turned-off by wholesaling fixer-uppers, why not consider that. You could easily make approx $4k/month by just doing 1 (on average) each month.

Hi friends , I wanted to ask a question …Just found out that the company that I work for will be sold in two years.I have two single family units that I rent and I also have experiance in rehabing and fliping for the big checks.I have to replace about $3750 a month income quick.It seems to me that a massive lease option campain would be my best shot!?How many L.O. could a motivated guy do each mounth ?I figure just to replace my income I would need about 35 ,Is 4 a mounth realistic ?
