If the seller is motivated enough to sell, it shouldn’t be too difficult. How about talking to the seller and finding out more info about their situation? Is the property actually up for sale?

How do you approach a lease option deal if the owner is living in the property? How do you get them out of the property so you can market to a sub-tenant buyer while at the same time make the deal contingent on finding a sub- tenant buyer.
