Terrell,

The quickest way to sell any property is by offering owner financing. You hold the note. No bank or appraiser involved to slow up the process.

Keep in mind witha 1973 mobile, in all probability you will not be able to sell the note due to the age of the mobile. This is assuming that the mobile is located in a park. If you do find someone to buy the note and cash you out, it will come at a steep discount.

If your mobile is on it’s own piece of land, the age of the mobile might not be as much of a factor.

If it were me, I’d keep the note in my portfolio and enjoy the cash flow.

I own a 2 BR, 1 bath 1973 mobile home in a small town. It is in fairly good condition, with new A/C-heating unit, refrigerator, etc. The mobile home has been in the family for many years and I would really like to sell the home quickly, possibly even to buy other property. Any tips on how to sell quickly?
