I am getting so sick of this…
I bought my first rental one year ago last month. And to this day very important info such as mortgage info, (originally my payments), homeowners ins and everything else has been sent to the rental and not me. It puts me behind on everything. Who is at fault here? What is homeowners line insurance exactly is it simply homeowners insurance because I just got that taken care of but my tenant just gave me a letter that says it dropped me for not recieving payment dated 2 weeks ago.
I am losing my mind over this thank you.
