I live in the midwest. I have some realestate investments (Mobile Home Parks) that I am selling. I want to move the family to Florida and do not want a real job! I will have over $600,000 to invest. I want to work at my own pace, set my own hours and make about $100,000 per year.
What is the best course of action as far as investing in real estate in Florida (Orlando, Jacksonville, Panama City)? Would it be another MHP? Flipping? Rental homes?
duplexes? Campground?
Any help will be appreciated
