Duh. I should have thought of that. I will have to see how much room they have there.
Thanks

What would the park prefer? - Posted by Philip

I have a possible buyer for an old, small mobile.
If she buys she wants to move the mobile to her land for her son.
It is a old enough home that I wouldn’t think the park owner would care if it left.
He doesn’t care if it stays either.
Any park managers or owners have a idea what you would like to happen with a close to 30 year old 14X40?

Much depends on the condition of the trailer.

Depends on the size of the lot. If it’ll take a 14 x 70 I’d prefer it leave so I could retail a new home on the lot or do a lonnie deal with an older home.
If, however, the lot will only take a 14 x 40, I’d prefer to see the home stay in the park cause the lot would be too small to rent to anyone else.

It is close to prime on the interior, but needs powerwashed and painted on the exterior. I am going to do that this weekend and make everyone happy.
