If you see a 'WE BUY HOUSES CASH" or similar sign, call them and tell them what you want to do.
Go to a local REI meeting and network. Advertise in the local Penny Saver…
Look around and you will see where the investors are and how to contact them.
Once you contact them, you will know what to look for.
Search the archives and work. This is really easy work but takes persistence and patience.

What’s a good plan to start birdogging? What should I look for and how should I advertise? I want as many deals as I can get so I can pass them on to the proper Investors and collect some good dough!
I’m new to this and not too experienced. What would you do if you were in my situation and wanted a lot of deals to come you way?

Where do you live in NC. Next you need to join your local REIA group and get hooked up with the serious players and refer them properties. Its the best way to learn and make money. I run a REIA group in Greensboro NC so email me if you need any info. Doing business in the group will help you get established faster.
