What’s the word on the street about FSN?? - Posted by Michael Murray

Has anyone heard of Financial Services Network? About once a year I get a flyer from them offering to provide investment capital for discounted mortgage acquisition. They provide the money and suggestions for finding the properties, then take a 50/50 split when they are sold. They charge 48 bucks to activate their service. Are they on the level?
Thanks,
Michael

I’ve never had occasion to use them but I would think that all the information they have is available on this and other sites at no costs. Why would you want to give away half the profits while doing all the work just because they have money. If you can’t structure it to minimize cash then why not use the hard money lender. Their rates are less than half your profit.
