First read ALL the “how to articles” and ALL the “success stories” on this site. You will find the links to them at the top left side of this page. After you read them all, then read them again! Once you’ve done that pick out the type of deals that interest you the most and start with a course that pertains to that subject. Then from their all you need to do is find the MOTIVATED SELLER! No money down deals are made with MOTIVATED SELLERS. If the seller isn’t motivated then making a no money deal will be extremely difficult to come by. The trick is to look for MOTIVATED SELLERS, not houses! Find the MOTIVATED SELLER and you will automatically have a house to buy with no money down!

Hello,
My husband and I now live in an apartment. We would like to start by buying our own home with very little or no down payment. Then maybe move on to making money through buying and renting real estate. We have already talked to one person who has had great success with these programs. Can anyone recommend where we should start, or what to order first? Thank you.
