Kaitlyn,

Call the HOA rep and ask them what the dues will be if you buy the property. They may even be able to tell you what is owed, if any.

I’ve used FATCO (Glendale) on several occasions, and really liked thier service.

Hello,

How can I find out the common charges/maintainance dues on a Condo/Coop which is going up for auction (defaulted mortage) before the auction?

The property is located in Los Angeles, CA.

(I thought that a title seach might reveal it but haven’t done any. If this is the way to go, please also suggest a good title company in Los Angeles).
