Where could one learn more about investing in commercial property housing chain stores, such as Walmart, CVS, Homedepot, ect? What books or courses are there? Or just, how would you suggest becoming educated in this type of investing? And if anyone wishes, could they give a brief summery of this type of investing, of its pros and cons. Especially by anyone who currently is doing this type of inesting.
