I have a model of how to become a successful real estate investor. I suggest you read it, if you have not already done so. You can find it by putting “beginners success” into the archive search function of this main board of this CREONLINE.COM website.
After you have read it, you may have a different perspective and will be able to ask some different questions which can help you move toward an approach to investing that fits you.
