Also read up on and consider Scott Britton, he is in “Books and Courses” on this site. He is well worth a look.

I have no experience with any of the courses here but you can bet your beeeeeep I will have soon.

I’ve been reading all of the posts on this newsgroup for quite a while. I’ve finally raised the capital to purchase some of the courses listed on this site. I was wondering which of the courses are best designed for the beginner, I’m brand new to this but I have real estate fever, and any type of insight on this would be tremendously appreciated!

So far I’ve narrowed it down to three:

Ron Legrand
Joe Kaiser
Bronchick(SP?)

Thanks in advance, Keep up the excellent info posting

Hoping to be there in 2000

All the courses you mention are very good courses but for the biginner I would suggest you start out with Ron Legrand as it teaches you multipile ways of making money in REI. But if you want a speclize course in finding the great deals buy Joe’S courses on preforeclosure and abandoned properties. If you want more knowledge in lease option you should buy Bill bronswick are Joe Kaiser course on that subject. Just my two cents worth.
Sorry for the typos.
