I’ve located a property that’s in a decent neighborhood. This property needs some cosmetic work. The houses in this area are appraised around mid $50’s to upper $60’s. Speaking to the seller he would like to unload this for around $32k. My offer is to offer $42k with a $10k closing credit for repairs and what not. Where do I find a lender conventional or unconventional that would do this deal for me?
