We posted many others a couple weeks ago. When the search function is fixed, you can search under “funding” and find information about funding sources and how to fund notes yourself also. That is the most profitable way to go. There is ten times the profit in buying and borrowing against notes as there is in brokering them. One is a job the other is an investment - that pays as well as the job - with a future too.

We are considering taking back paper to get top price on a house we have coming up for sale soon. While we can defer some payment we need to get most of the cash out sooner rather than later. What are the criteria, how to structure the note(s) etc?
