I am having the same problem as you. I am just into flipping right now, but I don’t know who I can use as a trustee on sub2 deals.
I have heard some people say that they will use their attorney. Have you thought about that?
I hope someone more experienced can put in their 2 cents.

When buying ‘sub2’ who do you guys/gals use as the Trustee?
I have ask a few friends and family but I’m not really sure
if I want to work with them. A crooks and robbers type thing
if you know what I mean (so sad). Is it possible for Me to
be the trustee and have the interest assigned to my LLC? or,
is that way to risky if even allowable?
