Darlene, I recommend you start by reading the archives here and Bill Bronchick’s book on flipping properties. It sell’s for less than $15 at any bookstore.

Do a search on the Archives here for Wholesaling and you will find a ton of valuable info. In that info you will read about courses that are available, and I strongly suggest you do get one because it will take you from step one to the end of structuring a deal.
Keep asking questions of this board…it is a valuable asset.
