Place an ad in the paper stating –
“Handyman Special Worth $200k will Sell for $120k CASH” or an ad along those lines. Be sure that you answer the phone when they call & get EMAIL addresses!! That way you can blast out your deals all at one time. You certainly don’t want to spend an afternoon making a bunch of phone calls begging investors to take your deal. Write up a good email & send it out with pictures…if it’s a good deal, your buyers will call & you’ll be in a position of power because they’re CALLING YOU!

hello investors my name is wayne,iam a new investor,i just joined a realestate club this pass saturday and was wondering if anybody had any good websites were i can find owners of vacant properties,also i was wondering if anybody is familar with the website “we buy houses for cash” and would anybody reccommend it to incorporate in my realestate buiness,and what are some other good ideas forming a buyers list besides networking at a RE club;and news paper ads?
