From what I’ve read, flipping properties (or wholesaling) seems to be the recommended method for those of us who are new to real estate investing. Can anyone recommend a good book or course on this subject?

I’m working through Carleton’s course now. I love it and it looks like his focus on buying and holding real estate is something I definitely want to do to replace my current income and fund my retirement. I do, however, like the idea of getting my feet wet (beyond what I’ve already done in purchasing my own home) before plunging into the buy-and-hold scenario.

Thanks!

Bill Bronchick’s stuff is golden. He has a very good course on flipping, includes all the methods, as well as some marketing ideas and all the forms and contracts you will need.

You can find it here or at legalwiz.com
